The Korea Disabled Veterans Organization and the People’s Committee in Vietnam’s Quang Nam Province will hold a ground-breaking ceremony for the facility Tuesday in Tam Dan.

Some two billion won will be used for the construction of the South Korea-Vietnam Peace Village." The project is part of events to mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the South Korean government.

The facility will be donated to Quang Nam Province upon its completion next year. It will provide job training programs as well as medical and recuperation services for some 100 Agent Orange victims and their families.
