Aso: NK Rocket Likely to Fly over Japan on Saturday

Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso has forecast that a long-range rocket North Korea plans to launch is expected to fly over Japan on Saturday.

Aso made the projection on Thursday when he spoke to reporters in London while attending the G20 financial summit.

Aso also announced that Japan would seek stronger U.N. sanctions in the event the North proceeds with its rocket launch, saying that it would violate U.N. Security Council resolutions. He said the communist state needs to be aware of the consequences of such a violation.
