The International Maritime Organization (IMO) says it will take no additional measures in regards to North Korea's planned rocket launch.

In a phone interview with KBS, the IMO’s director for maritime safety said the IMO has already informed its member nations of the coordinates of potentially dangerous zones, which were provided by North Korea. The official said that it’s the responsibility of member countries to further disseminate the warnings.

The official added that in previous launches, the organization had taken no special measures other than circulating safety information for ships.
