N. Korea, U.S. to Hold High-Level Talks in Geneva

The second round of high-level talks between North Korea and the U.S. to discuss the North's nuclear issue will open in Geneva on Monday.

The meeting is a follow-up to the first round of talks held in New York in July, and the results are expected to affect whether the six-party nuclear dialogue can resume or not.

The two sides will hold closed door discussions Monday and Tuesday and are believed to have held a prior contact on Sunday.

The first day of talks will be held at the U.S. Mission to the U.N. in Geneva and the second day of talks will open at the North Korean Mission.
