S.Korea Leads UNESCO Arts Education Week Declaration

UNESCO has declared every fourth week of May as International Week of Arts Education, an initiative led by South Korea.
The South Korean Representative to UNESCO says that during the UNESCO general assembly held in Paris on Friday, member states unanimously agreed to adopt the agenda formally titled "Goals for the Development of Arts Education."
Under the agenda, various related events will take place in world countries during the International Week of Arts Education and UNESCO will support arts education activities in its 193 member nations.
