South Korea’s ambassador to Russia Wi Sung-lac says the North Korean regime seems to be quickly stabilizing under the leadership led by Kim Jong-un.

Wi said on Tuesday he gets the impression that messages issued by the North come from a well controlled and well organized central leadership.

The envoy added the North will likely maintain and stick to policies held by its late leader Kim Jong-il.
