US Marine 'Urination' Video Shocks World

The 39-second clip, which was posted on video-sharing Web site, You Tube, shows four men in U.S. Marine Corps uniforms urinating on the bodies of three Taliban fighters and making jokes.
Afghan President Hamid Karzai and the Taliban strongly denounced the video. Karzai said he found the act depicted in the video deplorable and inhuman.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta expressed regret over the video and vowed to sternly investigate the matter and penalize those responsible.
