Apple has filed two more lawsuits against Samsung Electronics calling for a sales ban on ten of its smartphones and five tablet PCs.

Apple filed the lawsuits against Samsung in Germany's Regional Court of Düsseldorf on Tuesday, claiming that the South Korean firm infringed upon its design patents with the Galaxy S Plus and Galaxy S Two.

Apple won lawsuits against Samsung in Germany last September over Samsung’s Galaxy smartphone model but lost in a suit regarding tablet computers. Last Thursday, an Australian high court rejected an appeal by Apple to maintain a sales ban on Samsung Electronics’ tablet computers.
