Massive Anti-Putin Protest Held in Russia

A massive procession of cars took to the streets of Moscow recently to protest Prime Minister Vladimir Putin amid allegations he committed election fraud.

The vehicles were adorned with white ribbons and balloons and drove downtown through the Russian capital. White has become the representative color of anti-Putin protesters.

Some of the cars paraded around a beltway in the Russian capital for three hours, causing severe traffic congestion.

Organizers said three-thousand cars took part in the protest. However, police reported the number at 300.
