Foreign Embassies in Israel Prep for Possible Iranian Missile Attack

Foreign diplomatic missions in Israel are working on emergency plans in preparation of a potential Iranian missile strike against Israel.

An Israeli daily quoted a high-ranking Israeli government official as saying that foreign diplomatic missions in Israel have begun devising the plans to brace for an attack if Israel strikes Iranian nuclear facilities.

The daily said foreign embassies are apparently asking the Israeli government to provide gas masks and other necessary equipment for embassy staffers and their families. They are also coming up with measures to evacuate Israeli people with foreign citizenship.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry is also said to have sent to foreign embassies a list of air-raid shelters and guidelines on how to act during wartime.
