UN Proposes Conference on Women in 2015

The UN is pushing to convene an international conference on women in 2015.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and UN General Assembly President Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser proposed the global conference on Wednesday, which marked this year’s International Women’s Day.
The first women’s summit was held in Mexico City in 1975. The last ㄷㅍ둣 was held in Beijing in 1995.
