Xinhua: 95 Dead, 45 Missing from Floods

China’s official Xinhua News Agency reports that 95 people have died and another 45 are missing throughout China from flash floods brought on by the nation's heaviest rains in six decades.

Xinhua News Agency said that as of noon on Monday, the largest number of victims were reported in Beijing and neighboring Hebei Province at 37 and 38 people respectively.

The torrential rains that brought on the floods collapsed 29-thousand homes and inflicted financial losses on six-point-two million people nationwide.
