Clinton Cites N. Korean Prison Camps in Speech on Genecide

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has mentioned North Korean political prisoner camps in a recent speech on genocide.

At a symposium on ending genocide at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington on Tuesday, Clinton said that not every mass killing involves the exchange of gunfire.

Citing North Korean prison camps as an example, Clinton said that dehumanizing brutality committed over a long period of time and crises that develop over time are also considered genocide.
