China has sent a notice to government agencies urging them to thoroughly implement the UN Security Council sanctions against North Korea's nuclear test.

The Chinese transport ministry is confirmed to have sent out the memorandum, titled an "Implementation Request of the UN sanctions resolution on North Korea," on April 17th.

In the notice, the ministry explained Resolution 2094 and asked agencies to strictly abide by it to fulfill their international obligations. It asked them to report to authorities immediately if any problem arises in the implementation.

This is the second time Beijing has stressed through an official letter that the resolution be carried out.

The issuance of the notice is interpreted as a sign showing China's commitment to observe the UN resolution, and Beijing's position on the UN sanctions is expected to deal a heavy blow to Pyongyang.
