A group of descendants of Korean War veterans held a forum in Arlington, Virginia this week.

The Korean War Veterans Digital Memorial Foundation organized the forum and the descendants made presentations on Korean War veterans’ interviews and historical documents.

The foundation will also launch the Korean War Veterans Youth Corps this week. The youth corps will hold a conference every year to remember the war and the sacrifices of those who fought. It will also publicize South Korea’s innovations and economic development.

The foundation plans to use social networking service sites to expand the descendants' group to 21 countries which fought in the Korean War.
