The Fourth Annual Musical Awards took place on June 7, 2010 at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. There were many stars in attendance including the likes of Xiah Junsu, Kim Ji-woo, Bada, and Hong Rok-gi. After successfully breaking into the musical realm and recently playing a role in the musical "Mozart!", Xiah Junsu won the Musical Newbie award and the Popularity award. He also performed the song "I Want to Avoid My Destiny" from the first act of his musical.

It's already been four years since the first Musical Awards. One noteworthy feat was that the musical "Hero" was nominated in 10 different categories. It took home six out of those 10 awards, including the ones for Best Cast and Best Screen Screenplay.
