Boy band Dong Bang Shin Gi (DBSG/TVXQ) have been chosen to sing the theme song of MBC’s new drama “Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi” (also known as “The Legend / The Story of the First King's Four Gods”).

The group’s involvement in the epic drama starring Hallyu actor Bae Yong-Jun is expected to further boost their popularity in countries like Japan and China.

The theme song “천년연가/Cheonnyeon Yeonga” (“Thousand Year Love Song”) was written by famous Japanese animation music composer Hisaishi Jo.

TVXQ, currently in Japan, will release their 13th single “SHINE/Ride On” on September 19th.
