13-year-old JR is the youngest to appear on “Yoon Do-hyun’s Love Letter”
Boy rocker Jr. (real name Um Young-in) recently appeared on , a music program on KBS 2TV, as the youngest artist to perform on the stage of the show. Accompanied by teacher Ham Choon-ho, Jr. sang his debut number “Wings” and played Eric Clapton’s “Hey Hey”. The emcee of the show, Yoon Do-hyun, couldn’t help but complement the young artist on his musical talents and Ham, who hates to appear before the public, willingly responded to an interview for his young pupil. Jr. is the youngest musician to appear on not only pop music programs like KBS and 'Live Pop Music' of SBS but also music shows for adults like “Gayo Show” and “Gayo Concert”. The young rocker was featured on a national TV channel as the youngest rocker currently in the music business. He’s a 6th grader and says he will continue to study music to become a great artist.
