Pop group Big Bang are torn over recent news of scalped tickets.

It was reported that tickets for the group’s Daegu MBC TV “TeleConcert Freedom” were scalped and even counterfeited.

A producer in charge of the televised concert said that fans stood in line for 2 days to get seats for the October 9th concert. The group’s agency YG Entertainment added that during Big Bang’s national tour, concerts held in the south were all sold-out and their popularity in the area was rising.

The scalped and counterfeit tickets were seen as a sign of their popularity and success, albeit an illegal one.
