Former idol star, Kim Tae-woo of the early k-pop group g.o.d. officially announced his plans for marriage.

A handwritten letter was uploaded onto Kim's official fan page on November 15th from the singer himself. He expressed his gratitude towards his fans for their unconditional support. He didn't reveal who his future wife was, but did say that she was not a celebrity. He spoke out to his Soul Train family as well, saying that they had a "new niece/nephew" which explained the abrupt prenuptial announcement.

For those who were shocked by the shotgun wedding news, Kim explained that the reason why he couldn't announce it earlier was because of his fiancee's wishes.
