The Foreign Ministry says the two Koreas will have no contact at the six-way working group talks to open in Moscow on January 19th.

Ministry spokesman Moon Tae-young says the two Koreas will not hold a one-on-one meeting during the two-day talks, which will discuss a Northeast Asian peace and security regime.

He said that as agreed during the December six-way dialogue, the Moscow meeting will discuss the basic principles for Northeast Asian peace and security based on a draft agreement presented by chair nation Russia.

The last working group talks were held in July 2007. Senior ministry official Heo Cheol will head the South Korean delegation.
