Libération: NK Could Launch Missile Feb. 25

A French daily says North Korea could be planning to test its long-range Daepodong Two missile around February 25th.

In its weekend edition, Libération noted that February 25th is the one-year anniversary of the inauguration of South Korean President Lee Myung-bak, whose administration has taken a more assertive stance toward North Korea.

The daily says South Korea and the U.S. are confident that a 40-meter-long train carrying a missile has recently arrived at a launch site in North Hamgyeong Province.

The paper said the U.S. has left all options open should the North launch a missile, including firing an interceptor.
