Botswana will allow visa-free visits for South Koreans.

The Korean embassy in South Africa, who also manages affairs with Botswana, said the Southern African state recently sent a notification allowing visa-free entries for South Koreans starting this month.


Accordingly, South Koreans visiting the country for 90 days or less can now enter without a visa.

Considering that South Korea does not allow visa-free entry for citizens of Botswana, the move is considered to be against customary international practice.
