The U.S. Department of Commerce has honored CVE Technology as the National Minority Manufacturer of the Year. The company was founded and is run by a Korean American.

CVE, a firm specializing in the repair of digital home appliances and cell phones, employs 12-hundred and rakes in annual sales of 60 billion won with its branches in Texas and New Jersey.

The company is touted for having distinguished itself technologically and adopting a business strategy that can successfully key in on niche markets by combining logistics and high-quality repair work.

Its customers include Samsung Electronics, Motorola, Sony-Ericsson and Nokia.
