Samsung Electronics’ latest device the "Samsung Galaxy Note" has been unveiled in China, the world’s largest market.

Samsung on Thursday held a promotional event for the new product at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, announcing that the hybrid of Smartphone and tablet will be available from Friday in Taiwan and China.

The Galaxy Note was released in Hong Kong on Tuesday.

Samsung's promotional event drew about 700 people including journalists and mobile device experts from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
