Turkey Quake Kills Seven

A strong earthquake has rocked eastern Turkey, killing at least seven people and injuring 23 others.

A disaster prevention bureau under the Turkish prime minister’s office said that a five-point-seven magnitude quake struck near the city of Van at 9:23 p.m. on Wednesday local time.

Turkey was also hit by another seven-point-two magnitude quake three weeks ago that killed 603 people and injuring four-thousand-150.
