The number of new orders for manufactured durable and nondurable goods has gone down for the second straight month in the U.S.

The U.S. Department of Commerce said that factory orders shrank zero-point-six percent month-on-month in April, following a two-point-one drop in March.

This is the first time in three year that the U.S. has seen a fall in factory orders for two consecutive months.
