South Korea’s special Air Force squadron the “Black Eagles” has flown in an international air show for the first time since its founding.

The squadron consisting of eight T-50B supersonic planes showed off its great errorless acrobatic flight skills against the backdrop of British skies.

The Black Eagles made its international debut at the Waddington International Airshow in Britain on June 30th.

The British Air Force’s special squadron welcomed the South Korean pilots by joining their formation flight.

After the air show, British pilots applauded the Black Eagles and the T-50B aircraft.

The South Korean special squadron will also take part in the RIAT Airshow and the Farnborough Airshow through July 15th. The Black Eagles’ international tour is part of South Korea’s efforts to promote the domestically developed advanced trainer jet T-50 overseas. The T-50B is a variation of the T-50.
