Asahi: N.Korea Plans Economic Change

North Korea will reportedly launch economic reforms under which the government doesn't take all of state-run businesses' earnings.

Quoting North Korean officials, Japan’s Asahi Shimbun daily reported on Tuesday that the North Korean government has always taken all profits from state-run companies but will only take 30 percent under the reforms.

The paper said that the North Korean government expects the reform measures to boost workers’ morale.
