Execution Set for Rapist Killer in US

The New York Daily News said Wednesday that Donald Moeller will be put to death sometime between October 28th and November third for the rape and murder of Becky O’Connell in 1990.
The report said that years of legal battles have delayed Moeller’s execution for his crime.
The report added that the parents of the victim will attend the execution.
