North Korea and China have held a presentation to explain to potential investors the development plans for the special economic zones on Hwanggeumpyeong Island, Wihwa Island, and Rason City.

The two-day presentation was jointly organized by the committee for the foreign trade and investment cooperation under the North’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and China’s GBD Public Diplomacy and Cultural Exchange Center.

Thirty-six officials from North Korea’s state corporations explained details about 43 investment projects to about 100 Chinese businessmen on Wednesday.
