65.6 Mln People Watch 2nd Obama-Romney TV Debate

Research company Nielsen estimates that 65-point-six million people watched the second TV debate between President Barack Obama and Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Tuesday.

The figure is similar to the number of viewers for their first TV debate on October third but up two-point-four million from the second debate between Obama and then Republican presidential candidate John McCain in 2008.

NBC drew the largest number of viewers at 13-point-eight million. Among cable news channels, Fox News mustered a crowd of eleven-point-one million during the debate.
