The board of the UN Green Climate Fund will vote this Saturday to determine the new host city for the fund's secretariat.

According to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance and the Incheon city government, a vote will be held at the Songdo Convensia Saturday morning, which will be the fourth and final day of the board's second meeting.

Six countries including South Korea, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, Poland and Namibia are competing to host the office, with South Korea and Germany touted as the favorites.

The vote will be held five times to eliminate the country with the smallest number of votes each time.
