It seems that Apple will have to rewrite a court ordered notice on its British Web site stating Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Tab devices did not copy the iPad’s design.

Britain’s Court of Appeal on Thursday ordered Apple to revise the notice and repost it within 48 hours. Judge Robin Jacob of the Court of Appeal said Apple’s notice posted on October 25th was “incorrect."

In the notice, Apple mentioned that a British judge said Samsung's products are not as cool as Apple's and therefore do not violate the U.S. firm's patents. Apple also said that courts in Germany and the U.S. ruled that Samsung violated Apple’s design patents.
