U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed to hold a summit.

A public relations official at the Kremlin said that in a phone call, Obama accepted Putin’s invitation and promised to visit Russia in the near future. It was their first phone call since Obama was reelected last week.

The two leaders also shared the view that their countries need to further develop bilateral relations in every sector, including the economy.
