Manhattan is the Most Expensive City in the US to Live In

A survey shows that Manhattan in New York is the most expensive area to live in the United States.

U.S. media report that the finding was assessed from a survey on the prices of 50-thousand daily necessities and services in 307 U.S. cities.

Brooklyn in New York ranked second, followed by Honolulu in Hawaii, and San Francisco and San Jose in California.

The average housing price is one-billion-470-million won in Manhattan, far higher than that in Brooklyn at one-billion-80-million won.

The average monthly rental costs for a Manhattan apartment is approximately four-point-four million won, nearly double that for the average recorded in Brooklyn.
