The winner of the popular show K-Pop Star, Park Ji-min, has revealed the agency that she has decided to sign with: JYP Entertainment.

Reports indicated on May 21st that after careful consideration of various factors like Park's musical style, the aspiring star has selected JYP as her professional home. There are already plans underway for her debut album.

Park expressed, "It's like a dream and I still have butterflies at the thought of being able to join one of these three agencies [SM, JYP, and YG Entertainment]. I'm especially excited to be able to continue being mentored by Park Jin-young. Based on his training, I will do my
best to learn more and show an even more improved side in the future."

JYP Entertainment has also released a statement, "Park Ji-min is incredibly sweet and works hard. It hasn't been long since she's signed her contract, so we're still in talks over the details. We're not sure of the exact date since it hasn't been confirmed yet, but we're going to hurry to release her debut album as soon as possible."
