‘B’ and ‘Amuro Namie’ to share stage
Top Korean male vocalist B (22) and “J-Pop Queen” Amuro Namie(27) will perform together at the Japanese female singer‘s concert in Seoul. Although specific schedules have yet to be decided, B announced that he will take part in one of Amuro Namie’s 3-day concerts in Seoul to be held on May 13th ~15th at the Gymnastics Arena in Seoul Olympic Park. B is known to be singing 5~6 of his hit numbers including “The way to avoid the sun” on the stage. He was chosen to be Namie‘s partner in her Seoul concert for his charismatic performances in both song and dance. Recognition by Japanese fans for B began when the television drama “Let’s Go To School, Sangdoo!” was aired in Japan in January by a local cable channel. That led to B grabbing the opportunity to perform with Japan‘s top pop queen. Amuro Namie’s concerts will be the biggest concerts to be held by a Japanese musician in Korea since the recent opening of the Korean market to Japanese pop cultural products.
