Korea’s biggest teeny-bop sensation, BoA, successfully wrapped up her live tour, “LOVE & HONESTY'” at Yokohama Arena, Japan last Sunday. About 14,000 fans packed into a 13,000 person capacity gymnasium, to see to the 18-year-old Asian pop diva perform. BoA's tour began at the Saitama Super Arena, Tokyo, on March 20, and continued with nine concerts all over Japan, including Nagoya, Fukuoka and Osaka. A total of 105,000 people participated in the event with ticket prices set at 68,000 yen (about 700,000 won). Total revenue for concert and memorabilia sales during the tour is estimated to be around 10 billion won. “I think I've grown up much through this tour. Not only in singing and dancing, but also in appreciating fans for their great love and care. I would have tired out without such wonderful fans and staff,'' BoA said at a press conference held after the final concert. Returning to Korea next week, BoA will prepare for her next album, while early next month, she will be invited to China and Taiwan to appear on television shows and receive pop music awards.
