Lee Sang-eun publishes a book of poetry, “Blue…”
'Bohemian singer' Lee Sang-eun recently made her literary debut by publishing a book of poetry. The book, entitled “The Moonlit Stage of a Blue Snail / Soul” features more than 50 poems written by the female singer including “The Sea In The Middle of Seoul” and “The Mask Of Life”. Lee is known to have always enjoyed writing poems, some of which were used as lyrics for her music. Since Lee Sang-eun made her debut in 1988 with the song “Damdadi”, she has been pursuing a Bohemian- style life as an artist, traveling to many countries like the U.S., the U.K. and Japan. Lee returned to Korea in the late 1990s after studying art in New York and has since been actively taking part in the local arts world.
