Newcomer singer Daylight( real name Kang Yeon-kyeong) will sing the main theme for a Japanese national television channel. Pure Entertainment, the management agency for Daylight announced that she will be recording the main theme for a television drama scheduled to be aired in the fall on Fuji TV of Japan. The agency also said that the main theme song for the TV drama would probably be one of Daylight’s songs in her 1st album. It is known that the singer already have recorded 3 of her songs “Angel Song”, “It Hurts” and “Secret” in Japanese in Tokyo. If the song “Angel Song” is chosen as the main theme song for the drama, then it will be the first case of ‘reverse exporting’ of Japanese pop music by a Korean musician. “Angel Song” was originally sung by Japanese group Brilliant Green and remade into Korean version by Daylight.
