Meilin burst into the music scene in 2004 by singing the theme song to a Japanese animation film. A year later, she sang for Japanese TV dramas and launched her singing career in Japan. For two years since 2005 she focused on studying Japanese and taking voice lessons. All her hard work paid off when her three single albums earned rave reviews each time they were released, topping Yahoo Japan’s search word list. Meiling has captivate the Japanese audience with her fluent Japanese, sweet appearance and powerful and energetic voice. She has performed with Korean pop stars like Kang Ta, SG Wannabe, and M at the 2007 Korea-Japan Charity Concert. Since then, she has prepared for another new beginning in Korea, and her latest single shows that she is fully ready for it.
