Ban On Beast's "On A Rainy Day" Dropped
After announcing a lawsuit on August 29th against the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (MGEF) claiming that the ban placed on idol group Beast's song "On A Rainy Day" was unjustly banned, Cube Entertainment has received the verdict.

The MGEF had placed a ban on the song, severely limiting it's airtime, on grounds that the song made references to alcohol which could be hazardous media for youth. More specifically, the line "I am going to get drunk. I need to stop drinking," was the line in question.

On September 8th, the Seoul Administrative Court suspended the MGEF's ban. Ultimately, the ministry's decision was waived and now the song is free to be aired at any time slot.
