Singer Lee Hyori is stepping down from reigning as the soju endorsement queen after a 5-year run.

According to Lee's personal twitter on November 12th, she said, "I'm a woman having gone through a beautiful parting. Since I've gone through a break-up, I guess I should find comfort in soju. Which soju brand you ask? Hmm..."

She also stated, "Seeing my face on soju bottles for the past five years, there were times I liked it and hated it. I hope my face was able to provide some sort of comfort for those going through rejection. I'm so grateful."

Lee served as the face of one of the representative soju brands in Korea, and at the end of her current contract, the company had decided not to renew another year with the sexy queen.
