Russia will complete its scheduled delivery of fuel oil, an expected 50-thousand tons, to North Korea this month.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told reporters that as the chair of a six-way working group on peace and security in Northeast Asia, Russia will fulfill its responsibilities when it comes to creating a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula.

He expected the completion of fuel deliveries to help the multilateral nuclear talks move to the next stage.
