Members of the six-nation nuclear talks opened two days of talks in Moscow Thursday to discuss regional security.

Russia is hosting the third working group meeting on establishing a peace and security mechanism for Northeast Asia.

Delegates will share views on a second draft circulated by Russia that lays out basic principles on building peace and security in the Northeast Asian region. The first draft was drawn up by Russia last December.

The meeting will also address denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and recent intelligence reports that North Korea is preparing to test a long-range missile.
