U.S. President Barack Obama says his administration will continue to rely on dialogue in its efforts to open up North Korea.

In his first meeting with U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at the White House Tuesday, Obama said he hopes that North Korea will agree to a verifiable plan for denuclearization within the framework of the six-way nuclear talks.
