The chief nuclear envoys of Japan and China will hold a meeting in Beijing Sunday.

Japan’s Foreign Ministry said its top negotiator to the six-way talks on the North Korean nuclear problem, Akitaka Saiki, will make a two-day visit to Beijing to meet with China’s chief nuclear delegate Wu Dawei.

The meeting between the two sides is drawing attention, as the window for the planned launch of a satellite by North Korea is fast approaching, and concerns are mounting among related parties.

Pyongyang informed the International Maritime Organization of its plan to launch its "Gwangmyeongseong Two" communications satellite on its “Eunha Two” rocket sometime between April fourth and eighth.
