Korean Metal Art Exhibition Opens in Washington

An exhibition of traditional and contemporary Korean jewelry and metal art works has opened in Washington, D.C.
The Korean Art and Jewelry Design Today exhibition was organized by U.S. craft organizations and Korean jewelers.
The 12-day exhibition features traditional and contemporary metal art works and jewelry by 94 Korean and Korean American artists.
On display will be hair pins and necklaces used by performers on popular Korean dramas as well as a wide assortment of other creations.
The show will run through April 24th at the Korean Embassy’s culture and information center.
