Former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich has suggested that the U.S. should attack North Korea and Iran.

According to the American online news outlet “Huffington Post,” Gingrich said in an American Enterprise Institute event Thursday that the U.S. should attack North Korea and Iran because it has thus far only attacked Iraq, "one out of three" of the so-called "Axis of Evil."

He claimed that it is a mistake not to attack all the three Axis of Evil countries.

Gingrich compared not following through on President George W. Bush's "Axis of Evil" agenda with not fully engaging the Axis power in World War II.
